Estate Sales:

Our services are useful if you are downsizing, moving, if you have had a loved one pass, or transitioned into assisted living. We have worked with clients facing all types of unique and challenging situations.

 

We handle everything from start to finish, minimizing stress and work for you! We research current values of items, clean and price them, display them, and sell them for you. We advertise our estate sales through industry member websites, email blasts, Craigslist, and Facebook. At the end of the sale, we have the house emptied (if that is the goal of the estate owner), and it is left broom-swept.

Ebay Consignments: 

We have a dedicated, full-time Ebay person who diligently lists and sells antiques, collectibles, and other items for our business. If you have higher end valuables, Ebay consignment may be the best option for finding the best buyers. We will agree on your base asking price for said item(s) and split a percentage of the final sale price if the item is sold (Ebay & Paypal fees apply).

 

Buyouts: 

If you do not have time or cannot host an estate sale on your property, a buyout may be a suitable option for you. For this service, we will visit you and assess the items you’re selling, or request that you email us photos in special cases. If we’re interested in buying the items, we will offer one price to “buyout” the lot. If you accept our offer, we can haul the items away as soon as needed.
